Waste Heat Boilers
The G.C. Broach Company designs and manufactures a wide variety of waste heat boilers for making steam. We are experts at designing high pressure and medium pressure steam generators from virtually any high temperature heat source. Common examples of heat sources are sulphur recovery systems, reformer process discharge, incinerator exhaust, engine exhaust, Fluid Catalytic Cracker exhaust, and furnace and process heater exhaust. Waste heat boilers may be watertube or firetube type, and also may be natural circulation type or forced circulation type. Waste heat boilers can be designed for either clean exhaust or soot and deposit laden exhaust.
In addition to the products described above, we also design and manufacture custom use steam drums, steam and water piping systems, instrument systems, and soot blower systems to meet our clients’ unique needs.
