History

Founded by Mr. George Clayton Broach in 1960, The G.C. Broach Company was born out of an extreme passion for engineering quality process heat equipment. Mr. Broach and his beautiful wife, Louise, sold everything they didn’t need, kept living costs as low as possible and moved into a small house to help make Mr. Broach’s dream a reality.

With over 52 years in the business, we have manufactured over 1,292 Process Heaters, 146 Steam Generating Systems, 213 Waste Heat Recovery Systems, 53 Air Preheat Systems, and hundreds of Instrumentation and Control Systems.

We provide you with the finest in design, construction, and performance of Refinery & Petrochemical Heaters, Turbine Exhaust Waste Heat Recovery Equipment, LPG Heating Systems, and High Temperature Gas Heaters. Broach gives you a financially strong single source for design and manufacturing of your process heat equipment, without the use of sub-contractors.
