In the fall of 1994, The G. C. Broach Co. purchased the commercial assets of Energy Technology, Inc. (ENTEC)®, formerly of Houston, TX. These acquired assets include all job files, correspondence files, accounting files, drawings, engineering data, CADD files, and programs, encompassing ENTEC’s design and construction of over 700 Process Heaters, WHRU’s, and HRSG’s.
These assets also include the proprietary rights to, and exclusive use of the name Energy Technology, Inc.®, and the trade name ENTEC.
The G. C. Broach Co. will provide complete support services for existing ENTEC installations:
- Refinery and Process Heater Replacement and Spare Parts
- Replacement or Duplicate Refinery Heaters, WHRU’s or HRSG’s
- Engineering Feasibility and Backrate Analyses
- On-Site Inspection and Engineering Services
- Revamps & Retrofits
- “Fast Track” Fabrication and Engineering Service
